环境, Energy and Natural Resources Community focuses on new and significant legislative, 监管, 司法, and policy developments in the fields of environmental, 能源, 自然资源. Information on such developments is provided through regular programs and periodic updates to the D.C. 实践手册. The Community covers the full range of environment, 能源, 自然资源 issues, including enforcement trends, 保险问题, emerging 监管 issues, 立法计划, 诉讼趋势, and public policy proposals. The Community also organizes career panels and provides and promotes networking and pro bono opportunities.
The Community has standing committees on 能源 law, 动物福利, 印度法律, 空气及水质, and remediation and environmental liability.
